To log into your profile, please see your last invoice and your username and password are under your name/address in the billing section.

The cost for the lock out service is $89.00 or if you simply want us to send you a CD that will allow you to get in on your own, the cost is $189.00. This is a one-time fee for the use of our software. We have a 100% success rate on all Windows VISTA Operating Systems. We have a 100% Success Rate on all Windows XP Operating Systems. We have not had any requests at this time for Windows 2000 or NT as these are older operating systems.
